Cougars Athletics

Cougar athletics has been a member of the Potomac Valley Athletic Conference (PVAC) since 1997.  They field about 20 athletic teams and coach over 250 students in middle school and high school.  They field teams in soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, wrestling, softball, baseball and golf.  As a benefit of membership, home school students enrolled in FSP, grades 6 thru 12, are eligible to try out for the athletic teams of Covenant Life School.
