Curriculum Plan Form (pink) – Please turn in one per child at the beginning of the school year. These are given to your reviewers to assist in serving you.
FSP Policy on Report Cards - Two report cards due per non-HSC child annually. You may choose when they are submitted – many folks submit semester reports. It is a good habit to submit report cards before the end of June.
You may use your own report card methods, but here are four blanks for your use:
